At The Wristband Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for orders placed through www.thewristbandcompany.co.uk.

Returns Policy

This policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Please note: Custom-made wristbands cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.

Non-Personalised / Stock Items Must be unused, unopened, and re-sellable. 30 days from delivery Original packaging required; proof of purchase must be provided.

1. Returns Eligibility

1.1 Personalised / Custom Products

Custom-made products cannot be returned unless:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • There is a personalisation error caused by us
  • You received the wrong item

Please carefully check all artwork, spelling, colours, quantities, and proofs before confirming your order.

1.2 Non-Personalised / Stock Items

Returns accepted within 30 days if:

  • Items are unused and unopened
  • Items are in original packaging
  • No signs of use or wear
  • Proof of purchase is provided

2. Reporting an Issue

If your item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, contact us within 7 days:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will advise next steps and provide a prepaid return label if applicable.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty/Incorrect Items: We cover the return + replacement shipping.
  • Change-of-mind Returns: Customer pays return postage.

Tracked postage is recommended. We cannot refund items lost in return transit.


4. Refunds

Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 working days
  • Refunds go to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

  • Stock items may be exchanged (subject to availability)
  • If the replacement is unavailable, we issue a refund
  • Custom products cannot be exchanged unless faulty or incorrect

6. Cancellations

6.1 Personalised Orders

Cannot be cancelled once production begins. If production has not started, we will try to accommodate your request.

6.2 Stock Orders

Can be cancelled before dispatch. If already shipped, it becomes a standard return.
